The use of chemicals and dyes is reduced to a minimum thanks to the special pretreatment and roller application process. When stoving the lacquer, extracted solvents are combusted and fed back into the process as heat. This ensures remains well below the statutory emission thresholds. Suspended aluminium ceiling elements of METALSCREEN pre-painted aluminium are an established feature of modern interior architecture for many reasons, e.g. for their representative attractive appearance, thermal and sound insulation, integration into ventilation or lighting systems. Aluminium suspended ceilings can be found in offices and salesrooms, administrative buildings and covered walls as well as in exhibition halls, airports, service stations or swimming baths.

METALSCREEN work on pre-painted coils suitable for manufacturing of e.g. ceiling panels, grid ceilings, long panel cassettes, lamp grid elements, capping (aluminium-covered support rails) and substructure rails or partitions.
