Suspended aluminium ceiling elements of METALSCREEN pre-painted aluminium are an established feature of modern interior architecture for many reasons, e.g. for their representative attractive appearance, thermal and sound insulation, integration into ventilation or lighting systems. Aluminium suspended ceilings can be found in offices and salesrooms, administrative buildings and covered walls as well as in exhibition halls, airports, service stations or swimming baths.
METALSCREEN work on pre-painted coils suitable for manufacturing of e.g. ceiling panels, grid ceilings, long panel cassettes, lamp grid elements, capping (aluminium-covered support rails) and substructure rails or partitions.
Smooth or perforated ceiling elements are mounted on substructure. The METALSCREEN ceilings are installed in closed rooms and also be installed in "wet rooms" such as indoor swimming pools if suitable air conditioning prevents persistent condensation. |

METALSCREEN false ceilings pre-painted aluminium combines all advantages of modern coil-coating technology - flat aluminium sheet are cleaned, pre-treated and refined in a single production step - resulting in a high-quality uniform coating reproducible at any time and a material which has been developed for easy processing for a variety of applications.
METALSCREEN false ceilings pre-painted aluminium reduces the production risk for the customer and saves time and money.
Why not benefit from our 50 years of experience in aluminium products? Versatile, flexible coil-coated aluminium is perfectly prepared. You can use it at once: it is 100% tailored to your requirements.
Our customers are the motor for our innovation. Close cooperation with customers, we develop new products, alloys and coating systems which prove their fitness for a variety of purposes in stringent material and surface tests. Continuous quality controls are a standard part of our service.
You can really build on METALSCREEN quality!

SELECTED STEEL MATERIAL FIRST CHOICE - TOP QUALITY
Hot-dipped galvanized dry steel for BODY and pre-painted ALUMINIUM CORROSIONPROOF for CAP. Both of these material can meet with either ASTM or CNS standard and CE EN 13964:2004 - CE EN 14195:2005. Good quality of material can make sure the ceiling grid in qualified structure and loading ability when forming the body shape during the production process.
Be carefully, make attention to all manufacturers that use the pre-painted galvanized steel for CAP that became yellow, change colour in short time and corrosion and dust damage seriously the stability of the grid system WARNING.
Require the T bar grid system with the CAP made of pre-painted ALUMINIUM
CORROSIONPROOF suitable also for external use and humidity wet place, swimming pools, sauna, steam bath, fitness centers and kitchens.

• Excellent processing qualities
• Long life
• Easy to recycle
• 2/3 lighter than steel
• Optimum surface finishing
Tomorrow`s products require materials fulfilling the highest demands: lightweight, yet robust, easy to work, yet suitable for the whole host of applications, at the same time economical in manufacturing and use.
Hardly any other material can meet all these requirements as well as aluminium, thanks to considerable energy savings in the course of a long service life, mainly due to its lightweight. Aluminium is geared towards the future: Aerospace solutions would be unthinkable without aluminium, in architecture, transport, electronics and many other fields, lightweighting has become a vital necessity and an important aspect in the climate change efforts.
A special advantage of used aluminium products is their excellent ability to be reutilised. Without any deterioration in quality, the same or other equally high quality products can be made from recycled aluminium.
Modern aluminium alloys are around two thirds lighter than steel and can withstand extreme thermal and mechanical strain. Depending on alloy, strength and surface, these can be processed differently, are corrosion-resistant and will last for decades.
Economic and ecological bonus points, achieved by efficiency in production and low maintenance costs.

In 1807, the Englishman Davy discovered aluminium. At Les Baux in 1821, the Frenchman Berthier came across bauxite ore, the raw material for industrial aluminium production.
Pure aluminium particles were isolated for the first time in 1845 by the Göttingen Professor Friedrich Woehler. He was able to determine its main properties such as density, conductivity, corrosion resistance, etc.
It was only in 1886 - when Hall / Héroult received a patent for the electrolysis - that aluminium could be produced in larger quantities leading to lower aluminium prices. Research was thus able to improve the properties of aluminium, e.g. by using alloys.
In just 100 years, aluminium has developed from an expensive luxury into a versatile and widely used metal. Aluminium`s attractiveness is reflected by its increasing global demand. Consumption has more than doubled since 1970. In the future a significant increase is anticipated.
Bauxite: The raw material for aluminium production for centuries

• Third most common element of the earth's crust
• "Alum", aluminium was used for medicines and vegetable dyes as early as 2000 BC
• Pure aluminium particles "as big pinheads" were isolated for the first time by the Goettingen
